What are the Opening Hours?
SPA treatments are available daily from 09:00 am to 22:00 pm.
How do I make a reservation?
We kindly ask you to call the Spa Reception at +90 (242) 518 18 38 or send a reservation request to [email protected] * During your phone call or in your email, be sure to include information about your personal condition which will allow us to make an appropriate reservation (allergies, medication, recent surgeries, pregnancy etc.).
What is the Cancellation Policy?
We work by appointment and reserve this time especially for you. If for any reason you can not make your appointment, cancellation must be made no less than 6 hours prior to treatment or 100% of the treatment cost will be charged to your account.
What if I came late to my appointment?
We request that you come on time to your appointments. In case of late arrival, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate the next guest in a prompt manner.
What do you do if therapist/trainer who has been assigned/guaranteed is not available for my treatment/session reservation?
If it should occur that the therapist or trainer you’ve selected for your reservation is unable to make the appointment due to sudden circumstances (illnesses, accident, etc.), you have the option to either take the reservation with another therapist or trainer or reschedule with the person as soon as possible.
Can someone help me to determine which treatments are the best for me?
Our well-trained receptionists and Spa representatives will assist you in finding the most suitable and beneficial treatment/session reservation to meet your desire and personal needs.
Is the Spa facility single or co-gender?
Please notice that our Spa is a co-gender facility; we kindly ask you to dress accordingly.
What should I wear during my treatment?
Disposable shorts and undergarments are required and will be offered in your massage room. Your therapist will keep your body draped during dry services, only exposing the area to be worked upon.
What if I would like a more private Spa experience?
VIP SPA SUITE is where you can enjoy the best of the Spa treatments in the privacy of your own Spa. The private amenities you will have hours to take pleasure in include the Finnish Sauna, Hammam treatments and Jacuzzi. Your massages will be provided by our expert specialists on the unique and romantic couple’s platform, as well as individual beds.
What should I do with my personal belongings and jewelry?
The male and female lockers are available for storage; however, we kindly ask you not to bring any valuables with you. The management of Zenn Spa can not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items that may have been left.
What if I have a health consideration?
Elderly persons and those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure should consult a physician before using the Spa facilities. We kindly ask you to inform your therapist prior to your treatment. * As we are most concerned about your safety and comfort, the Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at any time.
May I receive a massage or body treatment while I am pregnant?
Because of the tremendous physical and hormonal changes that occur in the expectant mother, we do not recommend any massage during the first trimester; this is the time for the mother to get comfortable with being pregnant. The second and third trimesters are wonderful times to begin massage. Avoid treatments involving deep pressure, aromas and minerals.
How long should I stay in the Sauna,Steam Bath and other facilities?
All cabin descriptions and their usage recommendations are posted on signs next to each cabin. Our Spa attendants and representatives will be glad to assist you.
Can I use my mobile phone?
We do not allow cell-phone devices to be used in the Spa, so as to maintain a relaxed atmosphere and serene ambience.
Are children allowed at the SPA?
In order to maintain a relaxing environment for all spa guests, guests below 14 years old are not allowed to access our spa facilities. Guests from 14 to 18 years old are allowed to access our spa facilities only when accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to shower before my body treatment?
Yes, please shower before your treatment.
Do I need to shave before my facial?
We recommend that you shave at least two hours prior to your treatment, rather than just before.
What is tipping etiquette?
General gratuity is 10% - 15% of the cost of services. You may tip directly your therapist or leave your tip at the envelope at the Spa reception.
What about payment for SPA services?
Cash payment is required. For your convenience, payment is accepted prior to treatments at the time of check-in. Please present discounts, gift vouchers and gift certificates at the time services are rendered.
Does your price include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT.
Is food available, and if so, where may I eat it?
No outside food or beverages are allowed into the Spa. We have a Food and Beverage menu available. If you make a selection from this menu, you may eat your meal or drink at the Cafe.
What are my responsibilities as a guest?
Please advise our spa staff of any special requests, sensitivities or allergies, if you are pregnant, nursing or taking any medications. We will use this information to keep you comfortable and safe throughout your spa experience. Please notify us of any discomfort or preferences regarding room temperature, music volume or massage pressure during your spa experience.
